Vicki Jensen is the Classroom Coordinator and Lab Manager for PRO™ Chemical & Dye. She has an MFA in Fibers from Arizona State University and completed a residency at Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts in 1996. Her teaching experience includes weaving, spinning, and quilting guilds around the United States. Her art quilts, woven ikat textiles, felt, and indigo-dyed shibori have been in many juried and invitational exhibitions and can be found in private collections in the United States and Japan.
This one of the best workshops I've ever taken, and so affordable. Vicki is a total expert and keeps everything moving so there are many dyed pieces to take home. The studio is spacious and well equipped. If you want to learn to dye but have been afraid to start on your own, this is the class for you. I know how to set up, plan my colors and ingredients, and how to manage the various steps. Loved it!!
