Shipping & Returns

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

 

We do not require a minimum order nor do we offer wholesale pricing. All shopping cart orders are shipped out from our warehouse in Fall River, Massachusetts and are not guaranteed to ship out the same day, but we will sure try our best! ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE ESIMATED BY THE WEIGHT OF THE PRODUCTS IN YOUR CART. IT CANNOT DETERMINE WHETHER MULTIPLE BOXES MUST BE USED,  NOR CAN IT FIGURE OUT DIMENSIONAL WEIGHT. ALL SHIPPING COMPANIES ARE NOW USING DIMENSIONAL WEIGHTS  TO DETERMINE SHIPPING RATES FOR LARGE BOXES WITH LIGHT WEIGHT ITEMS IN THEM.

 

We offer several methods of payment:

as well as Certified Bank Check, Money Order, Personal Check and Company Check.

Personal / Company Check - Must be drawn at a U.S. Bank in U.S. Funds and your order will be held until finds are cleared.

PayPal -Please follow the link supplied and log into your account and make the payment. Upon packaging the order, if there should be any discrepencies you will receive a call from a customer service representative.

USPS / United States Postal Service

The United States Postal Service offers First Class Mail and Priority Mail. Packages weighing over 15 oz. (including packaging) are automatically designated Priority Mail by the USPS and can only ship that method. These two methods are essentially the same service and receive the same treatment by the USPS. Tracking capabilities have improved and delivery times may vary, approximately 2-5 business days for continental US.

 We have realized that as sophisticated a shopping cart may be, it cannot determine how many boxes your order may require or which box your products will fit in until your package is physically packed.

Please keep in mind when selecting USPS Priority Mail and other shipping options, the time frame listed online is transit time only. (That means this is the time it usually takes to get your package, once it has left our facility.) Also, please keep in mind when selecting your shipping method the day you place the order, that holidays and sundays are not included in the transit time. EXAMPLE: If you place an order Priority Mail and you live in Kentucky, it will take approximately 2 to 3 days. If the order is placed on Sunday, the business day that the order is processed is Monday. Tuesday would be the first day of transit. International Customers:

First Class Mail: Packages weighing 4 pounds or less. There is tracking capabilities and delivery times may vary by country and location. Approximately 10-15 days for delivery, depending on customs.

Priority Mail: Packages weighing more than 4 pounds. There is tracking capabilities tracking and delivery times may vary by country and location. Approximately 6-12 days for delivery, depending on customs.

 

UPS /United Parcel Service and FedEx Home/Ground: 

These carriers do not deliver to a Post Office Box - we need your full street address.

 

Are you considered Residential or Commercial?

This is how your Shipping Company determines what rate to charge you. Please note all prices include Insurance fees and Rural delivery area surcharges and extended surcharges which can increase your shipping charges after it is packed. A Customer Service Representative will contact you if this should be the case.

Residential Deliveries: Any person or persons operating a business out of their home. If you are in a very rural area, there is an additional $4.00 charge that is applied to your shipping rate by UPS & FedEx Home.

Commercial Deliveries: Any person or persons operating a business out of a commercial building. 

International Shipments: For your convenience, we ship worldwide Via UPS Standard or FedEx.

 

Schools & Institutions

Orders must be on a signed purchase order. For all credit accounts, terms are either Net 10 or Net 30 days with a 1.5% per month charge on balance due over 35 days. There is a minimum finance charge of $0.50 per month on all outstanding balances under $10.00. Please note that new orders cannot be shipped if there is an outstanding balance. In order for us to bill you, we must have a purchase order number.

 

Packaging:

Upon receiving your order, if all items do not fit in one box, please note that the shipping price would be different than quoted in your shopping cart. Even the most advanced shopping carts can not determine if a package will be a multi package. In other words, any discrepencies that may occur, a customer service representative will contact you immediately. Thank You for your understanding.

PLEASE NOTE: During the winter months, we only ship freezable items on Mondays thru Wednesdays due to the fact that Fedex and UPS do not have heated trucks. If you would like your order shipped any other way, please contact our Customer Service Representatives.

 

Claims & Damages:

Inspect your shipment upon arrival and report any losses or damages to us within 30 days of receipt. If your order is damaged, keep the box and all packing materials and contact us at 1-800-2-BUY-DYE immediately.

 

Returns:

Please contact us by mail, phone, fax, or email before returning anything. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods. You must have a return authorization number to receive a refund or replacement. Items returned for refund must be unopened and undamaged (unless by shipping). Color Charts, Books, DVDs are non-returnable. There is no credit given for material returned without authorization. If your order is returned, all shipping charges plus a 25% restocking fee is applied to your account. This balance must be paid prior to shipping any future orders. If your check is returned, for whatever reason, you must submit a new check for the total plus a $25.00 returned check charge.
